So I thought I would answer some questions about me and why I even bother with having a webpage First of all, name's Alvis, but mostly go by A.D.
So you're going if you're name is A.D... where in the sam hell did you get Mix? Easily from the book Aztec by Gary Jennings. The main character was an Aztec (duh) named
Chicome Xochitl Tilectic Mixtli... so I dropped the rest and stuck with Mixtli, Tilectic Mixtli, etc... eventually I came to be known as just Mix, so now I hardly go by Mixtli.
I am fairly new to the scanlation world... I only discovered it last june when I went to my aunt's (Remi_Shim) house and she let me chat on her irc... i was like what are these
places? What do they do? It was after then that I discovered yaoi... My first yaoi that I've read was Prisoner, scanlated by Nakama It wasn't
until November of 2004 that I joined the mainstream downloading and actually reading. I then downloaded UPP and figured out how to fserv... after a few months I wanted to help
out more than just being a nice fserver... so I began looking at Editing tutorials. I started out in PSP 8, since that is what I've used since the dawn of creation, but I could
not do the text right. I eventually download photoshop and away I go.
So finally I apply at Beautiful-Soup after being coerced to doing so by Soja... Well I was hired a day or two afterwards ^^. I'd like to thank
Fuzzybear, Mahyla, Revie^^ and her mom, and countless others who have helped me through my editing blunders and helped give me new things to practice on, and advice with what I was doing.
Thanks Mahyla for going into sensei mode, it helped me a lot!
Now why do I have a webpage? Well I took some basic html classes and I've always wanted to have my own webpage. This is the first time that I've attempted something like this though. Hopefully
I can come up with something that will contribute somehow XD I hate my webhost though argh and blast it sucks >_< anyways feel free to email me at mix1985@gmail.com if you want! I guess
